◉UFF Overview

You can order up to two masks to try on!(We will cover the round-trip shipping costs)

We will process your refund after you return the mask.Essentially freeis!

Even if you try on items and decide not to purchase them, there will be absolutely no charge to you, so please feel free to use UFF!

To return the mask, simply fill in the return address on the enclosed return envelope and send it back via the post office or the post office's online pickup service! (There are no additional fees for using the online pickup service.)

Please be sure to check the UFF details and precautions below before using UFF.

*This service is limited to customers within Japan.

◉UFF details

Step 1 Select up to two masks you would like to try on from the list below, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

*We will process your refund after you return the mask, so there will be no cost to you (we will cover the round-trip shipping costs).

*If the item is out of stock, we will replenish the inventory once a customer who used UFF returns the item to us.

Step 2 After you place your order, we will ship a sample mask via Japan Post Letter Pack within 7 business days (the mask will be disinfected after each use).

Step 3 Please be sure to check the following precautions before enjoying your fitting!

Step 4 After receiving the trial mask, please write your name, postal code, address, and phone number on the enclosed return envelope and return the mask within 3 business days at your nearest post office or via Japan Post's web-based collection service (you do not need to pay for return shipping).

*If you return the mask more than 4 business days after it arrives at your address, a late fee of 500 yen per day will be charged.

Step 5 Try on the masks and purchase the ones you like from the sales page! There is absolutely no charge to you if you decide not to purchase after trying them on.

*Notes

• UFF is a service exclusively for customers within Japan.
• Please try on the sample masks only at home.
• Please note that using the trial masks in water such as the sea, swimming pools, or baths is strictly prohibited (if we observe this, we may charge you the full price of the mask).
• If the lens cracks or breaks, major scratches, or belt/buckle damage occur due to customer negligence, we will charge you the full price of the product.
• Regardless of whether you decide to purchase the mask after trying it on, please return the trial mask within 3 business days of receiving it.
• If you return the mask more than 4 business days after it arrives at your address, a late fee of 500 yen per day will be charged.
• We do not accept returns via delivery companies other than Japan Post, or returns with payment on delivery.
• If you have placed an order by mistake, we will refund you the amount minus the round-trip shipping costs after you return the item.
• You are limited to trying on the same UFF product only once. Any subsequent orders for the same product will be cancelled.
• We do not accept orders for multiple colors of the same product. Orders for multiple colors of the same product will be cancelled.

• If there are frequent instances of misuse at UFF, such as failure to return trial masks, damage or breakage, or use in the sea or swimming pools, it will become difficult to continue UFF. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
