Refund Policy

1) You can cancel or exchange your order up until the shipping completion notification of the ordered item.

2) In principle, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience after shipment has been completed.

3) We will inspect the products with the utmost care before shipping them, but if the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will cancel your order (only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product).

4) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for the following products:
・Products that have been opened or show signs of use
- Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
・Products that have become scratched or stained while in the customer's possession
・Products without packaging (bags/cases)
・Custom-made products such as wetsuits and fins
- Any other products that are clearly stated on the product page as not being returnable

5) If the product is defective or the wrong product, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. If the return or exchange is due to the customer's convenience, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
