・Domestic: Free shipping on all products (including remote islands)
・Overseas: Shipping fees will be automatically calculated on the checkout page. Please add the item to your cart to check.
◉ Delivery time and
・Domestic: Ships within 2-3 business days. (For pre-order items, please check the delivery date on the product page.)
・Overseas: You can choose from the following two shipping methods
- ePacket (items weighing less than 2kg): Recommended shipping method, delivery time: 2-3 weeks
- EMS : Fastest delivery possible, delivery time is about 1-2 weeks
*We do not accept delivery date and time requests.
*ohIf the item is returned due to customer's refusal to receive it, we will charge you the shipping fee when we redeliver it.
◉About the delivery note
Due to paperless practices, UMMY does not send delivery notes.
◉ Customs duties
For orders from overseas, if the order is for a large amount, customs duties of around 10% of the purchase price may be charged. If customs duties are required, you will need to pay the customs duties at the time of delivery of the product.
