We will process your refund after you return the mask.Virtually free!

Even if you decide not to purchase the item after trying it on, there will be no charge to you, so please feel free to use UFF!

To return the masks, we will include a return envelope with the masks you can try on. Simply fill in your sender's address and return the mask to your post office or via the post office's online collection service! (There are no fees associated with the online collection service.)

Please be sure to read the following UFF details and precautions before using UFF.

◉UFF Details

Step 1 Select up to two masks you would like to try on, add them to your cart and check out.

*We will process the refund after you return the mask, so there will be no cost to you (we will cover the round-trip shipping costs)

*Please note that if you order 3 or more items, your order will be automatically cancelled.

*If the item is out of stock, we will replenish the stock when the UFF customer returns it to us.

Step 2 After placing your order,We will send you a mask to try on within 7 business days via Japan Post Letter Pack (masks will be disinfected after each use).

Step 3 Please be sure to check the following precautions before trying on the products!

Step 4 After receiving your mask for trial, please write your name, postal code, address, and phone number on the enclosed return letter pack and return the mask to your nearest post office or via Japan Post's online collection service within 3 business days (you do not need to pay shipping fees when returning the mask).

*If you return the mask after 4 business days from the time it arrives, you will be charged a late fee of 500 yen per day.

Step 5 Please try on the masks and purchase the ones you like from the sales page! There is no charge to the customer even if you do not purchase after trying them on.

*Notes

• UFF is a service available only to customers in Japan.
• Please try on masks only at home.
• It is strictly forbidden to use the masks you have tried on in the sea, pool, bath, or other water-related areas (if such use is observed, we may charge you for the mask itself).
• If the lens cracks, breaks, or the belt or buckle is damaged due to customer reasons, we will charge you the price of the product.
• Regardless of whether you purchase the mask after trying it on, please return it within 3 business days of receiving it.
• If you return the mask after 4 business days from the time it arrives, you will be charged a late fee of 500 yen per day.
• We will not accept returns from delivery companies other than Japan Post or cash on delivery.
• If you have placed an incorrect order, we will refund you after you return the item, minus the shipping costs.
• You may only try on the same UFF product once. Any subsequent orders for the same product will be cancelled.

• If there are a large number of cases of malicious use at UFF, such as not returning the masks to be tried on, scratching or breaking them, or using them at the beach or pool, it will be difficult to continue UFF. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
