You can order up to 2 masks to try on!(We cover round-trip shipping)

We process your refund after you return the masks, so it's effectively free!

Even if you decide not to buy after trying, you will not be charged anything, so feel free to use UFF!

A return envelope is included with the try-on masks, so just write your return address and send it back at a post office or via the Japan Post web pickup service! (No fees apply for the web pickup service)

◉UFF Details

Step 1 Choose up to 2 masks you want to try, add them to your cart and check out

*We process your refund after you return the masks, so there is no cost to you (we cover round-trip shipping)

*Please note that orders of 3 or more masks will be cancelled automatically

*If out of stock, stock is replenished once UFF customers return their masks to us

Step 2 After you order, we ship the try-on masks by Japan Post Letter Pack within 7 business days (masks are disinfected every time)

Step 3 Be sure to read the notes below, then enjoy trying them on!

Step 4 Within 3 business days of receiving the try-on masks, write your name, postal code, address and phone number on the enclosed return Letter Pack and return the masks at your nearest post office or via the Japan Post web pickup service (you do not need to pay shipping when returning)

*If the masks are returned 4 or more business days after they reach you, a late fee of 500 yen per day will be charged separately

Step 5 Buy the mask you liked from its product page! There is no cost to you if you don't buy after trying

*Notes 

• UFF is available only to customers in Japan
• Please try on the masks at home only
• Using the try-on masks in water, such as the sea, a pool or a bath, is strictly prohibited (if such use is found, we may charge the full price of the product)
• If the lens cracks or breaks, gets badly scratched, or the strap or buckle is damaged due to the customer, we will charge the full price of the product
• Whether or not you decide to buy, please return the try-on masks within 3 business days of receiving them
• If the masks are returned 4 or more business days after they reach you, a late fee of 500 yen per day will be charged separately
• Returns via carriers other than Japan Post and cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted
• If you ordered by mistake, we will refund you after the return, minus the round-trip shipping costs
• Each product can be tried on through UFF only once. Second and subsequent orders for the same product will be cancelled

• If abuse of UFF becomes frequent, such as try-on masks not being returned, being scratched or damaged, or being used in the sea or a pool, it will become difficult to continue UFF. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
