◉Foot pocket fitting overview

You can order foot pocket fittings up to 2 sizes in size!

If you purchase an UMMY ONE fin within 3 months of having your foot pocket fitted, we will refund the full fitting fee!

To return the shoes, we will include a return envelope with the foot pockets you have tried on. Simply fill in your sender address and return the shoes to your post office or via the post office's online collection service! (There are no fees associated with the online collection service.)

Foot pocket fitting details

Step 1 fittingChoose up to two foot pockets (two sizes) that you would like to have, add them one by one to your cart and check out.

*Please note that if you order 3 or more items, your order will be automatically cancelled.

*If the item is out of stock, we will replenish the stock when the customer returns the item to us after fitting.

Step 2 After placing your order, we will ship your foot pocket via Japan Post Letter Pack within 2-3 business days.

Step 3 Please be sure to check the following precautions before trying on the products!

Step 4 After receiving the foot pocket, please write your name, postal code, address, and phone number on the enclosed return letter pack and return the foot pocket to your nearest post office or Japan Post's web collection service within 3 business days (you do not need to pay shipping fees when returning the foot pocket).

*Once the fitting is complete, please return the item promptly, regardless of the 3 business days.

※Foot pocketIf you return the item after 4 business days from the time it arrives at your door, you will be charged a late fee of 500 yen per day.

Step 5 If you purchase UMMY ONE within 3 months of ordering the foot pocket fitting, we will give you a full cash back on the cost of the foot pocket fitting. Please see below for how to receive the cash back.

◉How to receive cashback

・When ordering UMMY ONE, please let us know your order number and name when ordering the foot pocket rental.

・The foot pocket fitting fee will be deducted from the total price of UMMY ONE.

・Orders of up to two sizes of foot pockets are eligible for cashback

*Notes

・Foot pocket rental is a service available only to customers in Japan.

・Please try on the foot pockets indoors only.

- You cannot choose the color of the foot pocket.

If the foot pocket is damaged due to customer reasons, we will charge you the price of the product.

If the foot pocket is returned after 4 business days from when it arrives, a late fee of 500 yen per day will be charged.

・We will not accept returns from delivery companies other than Japan Post or cash on delivery.
