Recommended Items - Mask Edition

Hello.
A free diver from Okinawa.Like thisis.
Previously,These masks are recommended for skin divingI have talked about this before.
This time I would like to introduce one that I particularly recommend.
Highly recommended for free divers😎
Beach
My favorite mask isBeachis.
Recommended points are:
- Soft silicone skirt
- Wide field of view
- Weak distortion underwater
This was the first mask I bought for freediving. I have tried over 10 different masks, but I feel this mask is by far the best for freediving, and I use it all the time.
Soft silicone skirt
Previous PostBut as I said before, this is important in free diving and skin diving, and the softnessBeachis by far the best.
Simply put, it's soft,
- It is easy to pinch your nose and clear your ears.
- Easy to fit to the face
- Reduces the frequency of mask blowing
For free divers who want to save air, it is best to avoid mask blows, but then the eyes hurt from the mask squeeze...BeachThe soft silicone absorbs the effects of mask squeezing to a great extent! It's not unnecessary, but even if you use a very small amount, your eyes won't hurt (compared to other masks).
Wide field of view
UMMY freediving maskThe lens is the largest among the lenses, so the field of view is wider.✨
Weak distortion underwater
One of the features of freediving masks that use plastic lenses is that the lenses are curved. Therefore, the way you see things is different above and below the water, and your vision becomes distorted underwater.
You will get used to the distortion of your vision underwater as you use it,BeachThe lens is less curved than other masks, so there is less distortion of vision underwater.😎👍
It's not for everyone
Choosing a mask can be difficult, but it's not uncommon that the recommended mask doesn't fit your face.😢
However, other masks fit my face better.BeachIf you like it, it's a must for free divers.BeachI would like to recommend🙌
